Weekly Live Music & Networking Events in Madrid
Every Thursday at 8 PM at Silk (La Moraleja, Madrid)
These in-person events blend live concerts, open mic sessions, and musical networking opportunities.
They are specially designed to give visibility to emerging artists and to foster professional connections within the music industry.
Each session kicks off with an hour of open mic, where anyone can perform, followed by a full set from an independent artist or band showcasing their original music.

You must upload your song to the platform and complete your artist profile which is completely free. From there, you can be included in our emerging artists playlist and be considered to perform at Shamusic Sessions events.

The selection is made from artists who have uploaded their music to Shamusic and completed their profile. We base our selection on artistic quality, originality, the artist’s involvement in the Shamusic community (e.g. participation in our open mics, activity on the platform and musical collaborations within Shamusic) and their presence in the “Shamusic Sessions” playlist where we are starting to add music by our editorial team.

To participate in the Shamusic Sessions you don’t have to pay. Just upload a piece and complete your profile. You have three free works to upload to Shamusic.

Of course! The events are open to the public and are an excellent opportunity to network, enjoy great music and get to know the Shamusic ecosystem. Admission is free!

The Shamusic team will contact you through the email address you have registered on the platform or through social networks. Make sure to keep your profile complete, updated and follow us on social networks.

We have professional sound, microphones, basic backline and technicians that guarantee an optimal experience for both the artists and the audience. We recommend bringing your instrument or musical accompanists if you wish. During the open mic each artist sings or plays a piece or two.

Yes, in fact we ask this of the artists who come every Thursday. We want to grow the community and generate connections with new FANS, artists and music industry professionals. The more the merrier!
